Your right to cancel
You may cancel any order made on the website before the goods have been despatched.
Please email sales@green-emporium.co.uk stating your name and order number as well as the delivery address.
There is no cost for cancellation before despatch.

Distance Selling regulations
Under EU Law, you as a customer may also cancel an order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt (under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, this is your 'Cooling Off period'), but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the cancelled order to us.
Customers are entitled to inspect the goods but must take reasonable care of anything that they may wish to return - the same as if the item was to be purchased in a shop.

The parcel must be suitably wrapped and a proof of posting obtained from the Post Office (or courier firm) as when sending a parcel to us the arrangement is between you and the carrier.

Other Returns
You may still return any unsuitable unopened, undamaged goods after the 14 period, and within 30 days of receipt of the product but we are unable to refund any P&P costs already charged and you will be responsible for the costs of sending the product back to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected
