We deliver to most areas within the UK Mainland

DELIVERIES SUSPENDED WHILE BUSINESS IS CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Closed Bank Holiday Monday and the Tuesday, this applies to the May bank holidays and August Bank Holiday. Closed between Christmas and New Year.

Except by prior arrangement, the first order must be in the name of the person paying (ie the card-holder or Paypal account holder) and the shipping address needs to be the card-holder’s permanent residential address, which must also be same as the card and billing addresses, (or in the case of Paypal instant payments, must be a 'confirmed address' on that account).
These measures are in place to prevent fraudulent use of your card details or account on our website, not to inconvenience customers who are not at home during the day.
If necessary, we may be able to deliver to your place of work, so do please email us if this is the case.
After your first order, once we are happy that the address details etc are bona fide then generally we are happy for you to use the option of shipping to an alternative address.

If you use the comments box to request that parcels be left somewhere such as a porch while you are out, please be aware that this will obviously be at your own risk.

If you need help or advice about delivery please email sales@green-emporium.co.uk, we pick up emails throughout the day Monday to Friday (evenings and weekends we do check emails but less regularly), we will reply to your email.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

UK Mainland orders under £100 - £3.95

UK Mainland Orders over £100 : free Standard delivery, if you are spending over £100 excluding P&P costs, please use code FREE SHIPPING at checkout which will deduct the £3.95

EXCLUSION: Certain bulky or heavier items (those marked 'LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY') are only available for local delivery (see below).

LOCAL DELIVERY:
This is where we deliver ourselves locally, to local areas in Nottingham - UK - mainly Sherwood, Mapperley and Woodthorpe, please email if you are interested in this service
In this local delivery area (Sherwood, Mapperley, Woodthorpe) for any orders over £25, you can use code LOCAL at checkout at checkout which will deduct the £3.95 p&p.
(There is no minimum order for customers who live within walking distance - 1/2 a mile or so of where we are based in Haydn Road, Sherwood, NG5 2JX.) We will contact you to arrange delivery time

COLLECTION:
If you wish to place an order on the website, pay for it by card and then collect it from the shop or at an event, please use code COLLECTION ONLY at checkout which will deduct the £3.95 p&p. (please contact us first and place order plenty of time before the event!)

VERY SMALL ITEMS:
Customers who wish to purchase just one single, small, flat item that will fit into a small, flat envelope and go by 'large letter' post (ie envelope must be no thicker than 25mm including any protective packaging). eg one bamboo toothbrush, the 21g size badger balm (but not the larger sizes, not the Glogg spare bottle tops, not the trial/ travel size items please) may use the the code SMALL ITEM at checkout to get a £1.45 discount against the £3.95 P&P charge, reducing it to £2.50. Please do not use this code for fatter, heavier or multiple items or glass!
Also do please consider that if you decide to use this discounted service, any items sent this way will have much less protective packaging than we would normally use. We will do the best we can within the sizing restrictions but obviously the product's packaging is more liable to get a bit bruised in transit!

DELIVERY SERVICES:
We have now absorbed four Royal Mail price increases without putting up our own P&P charges but this has meant finding some more cost-effective couriers. Service used depends on size of parcel: a small, single item is usually sent by Royal Mail First Class Post or Recorded Delivery (1-3 days) but most of the cleaning products etc are too big for the new size restrictions, would be too expensive to send by post and have to be sent via 2-4 day courier.
Larger orders with multiple items in will usually be sent by UK Mail, Royal Mail Standard UK Parcel Service, or Hermes. Where possible we will use a 1-2 day service. We will advise courier and estimated delivery on despatch. For orders in the Nottingham area, where practical we may deliver ourselves.

We pride ourselves on our quick service; all orders should be shipped within 1-2 working days (ie excluding when we are closed, or at weekends and bank holidays). In practice most items are despatched within 24 hours and arrive within 48 hours of despatch - but please allow a little more time for larger orders and at busy times such as Mondays and Christmas / bank holidays, during bad weather etc. If we are out trading at a Friday event then we will try to despatch orders on the Saturday
